Hameeda Ajibola is the firm’s Managing Partner and a highly proactive legal practitioner with a tireless zeal for end result.

She appreciates the importance of efficient hardwork and excellent execution. She sharply employs creativity and skill to tasks at hand in a refreshing way. She is passionate about banking and finance law and due to her competence has garnered experience in the fields of banking & finance practice, corporate & commercial practice and real estate law.

As it lies in her passion, she heads the firms banking and finance, commercial and Islamic finance practice groups, with deep knowledge of its current affairs and an ever-keen interest in learning more. She appreciates the diversities and intricacies and is very knowledgeable in the fields

She has garnered relevant experience having worked both in law firms and the corporate world, exploring legal and non-legal positions alike which has sharpened her creative, business, and entrepreneurial skills.
